I have been a life long model railway fan, modelling in both N gauge and OO gauges. TRB Model Railways came about in 2011when I found by accident that I could respray, weather and build N gauge models to a very good standard. I build N and OO layouts - some have been exhibited at local shows, I respray both N gauge and OO gauge locomotives and rolling stock. I can also DCC fit chips into both N and OO locos.

I have decided to take the plunge after much cajoling and start to offer my services to all modellers.

My favourite era is anything diesel, but I do build steam based layouts.

Dapol Silver Bullets

The top bullet in the picture is a respray of a shiny silver one into a weathered bullet. The bottom bullet is the Dapol factory finished one.

Army be the best EWS 60

This started life as a triple grey N gauge class 60. Painted into a darker shade of EWS maroon and then Precison Decals used on the body

NMT Dapol HST set

So I got the NMT Yellow Dapol HSTs and thought that it needed the coaches as well. The coaches are modified using plasticard and filler and then repainted into Network rail yellow. Transfers are from Railtec.
